Processing Time

Every order is prepared with care. Once your purchase is confirmed, it is typically processed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days.
We’ll notify you by email once your parcel is on its way.

Shipping Partners

We ship within the United States from our warehouse in Tennessee, using trusted carriers through Pirate Ship (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx).
Each delivery option is chosen to balance reliability, cost, and speed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100.
For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and selected service.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.

International Shipping

Zitun Atelier currently ships within the United States.
However, our vision extends beyond borders — international delivery will soon be available, with the same level of care and elegance.
