Where are your pieces made?

Our marble, olive wood and clay pieces are handmade by artisans in our atelier in Tunisia. Every order ships from our warehouse in Tennessee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each order is prepared with attention within 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free within the U.S. on orders over $100.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship through Pirate Ship, which compares trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer the most reliable and cost-efficient option for your area.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — Zitun Atelier currently ships within the United States only.
International delivery will be introduced soon, with the same care and craftsmanship.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

My product looks slightly different from the photos — is that normal?

Yes — each piece is handcrafted or made from natural materials such as wood or marble.
Small variations in color, texture, or grain make every item unique, and are part of its charm.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. We take custom orders — for example a different size, marble color or finish. Email support@zitunatelier.com with what you have in mind and we’ll get back to you. Please note that custom-made pieces can’t be returned.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — we can wrap your order beautifully upon request.
Simply add a note at checkout or contact us by email right after placing your order.
