Each order is prepared with attention within 2–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is shipped.

🚚 Which carriers do you use?

We ship through Pirate Ship, which compares trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer the most reliable and cost-efficient option for your area.

💸 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — ZiTun Atelier currently ships within the United States only.
International delivery will be introduced soon, with the same care and craftsmanship.

♻️ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

🪵 My product looks slightly different from the photos — is that normal?

Yes — each piece is handcrafted or made from natural materials such as wood or marble.
Small variations in color, texture, or grain make every item unique, and are part of its charm.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — we can wrap your order beautifully upon request.
