Each piece is crafted with intention. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right — with care and understanding.

Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return

Simply contact us at zitunatelier@gmail.com
with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and share the return address.

Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized pieces, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable, as they are made uniquely for you.
